Robot Offline Programming (OLP) is a robot programming method where robot programs are created independently in a 3D simulation environment rather than manually programming a robot at the actual robot station. The user can quickly and easily create optimal robot program paths utilizing robotics simulation and considering the robot trajectory, collision, reachability, working conditions, task signals, and cycle time of the tasks within the simulation instead of spending time to program the robots on-site using the teach pendant. Robot OLP minimizes the preparation time for production and prevents various problems that can occur by detecting the issues in advance through various robotics simulations. Various robotics OLP applications are supported, including spot welding, laser welding, roller hemming, painting/sealing, 7/8 DOF robots, feedback controls, and more. Generated robot programs are converted into specified robot languages and can be downloaded directly into the robot controller without additional modifications. Robot OLP customization services are provided for robots and controllers not listed below.
Human Simulation, Ergonomics, and Analysis The Human Simulation in DMWorks 3.0 provides a variety of functions that help examine various problems that can occur in real-world working environment using virtual operators and workers in a virtual factory floor. Analyze various factors, such as work risk for operators, task convenience, and job fatigue, to configure optimized work environments by removing risks that may occur in the working environment and increasing efficacy.
